some things i've been working on:
got my old vhs tapes digitized by a sweet old man named hal at Oak tree Press. it was really nice to hear my dad's voice again. i strongly recommend the service!
almost finished my first dress from a 60s pattern. learned that vintage patterns run small and buttonholes are harder than they seem. upgraded from my old singer merritt machine to my mom's singer heavy-duty and it made all the difference. just needs pockets before it's officially done.
finished my crochet summer top where i kept procrastinating sewing the ends in. i'll try to post the pattern once i get some decent photos of it.
